Holistic mind, body, and soul
When individuals experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through such experiences. I help my clients by using a holistic approach which includes healing the mind, body, and spirit.
With 20 years in the education field, I have a particular passion and expertise for working with children and teenagers. My goal is to assist them as they struggle to find their identities and cope with their emotional and psychological changes. I will provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate environment in which they safely explore and work through their feelings, thoughts, images, and beliefs.
I temper the process with creativity, imagination, humor along with practical solutions and concrete goals. I also collaborate with the school system, physicians, naturopaths, and yoga instructors to provide an optimum level of care.
